Don't know if it’s already been mentioned on here but wonder how long it will be before sir Ratface has the rags advertising boards moving like City’s :)
I haven’t noticed if any other club has done the same ? It certainly draws your eye to the sponsors logos.
What, the pitch-side ones where the top half doesn't match the bottom - making them illegible?
I'd be amazed if the sponsors are still paying full price for that shite!

Presumably all leave at the sports dept at the Guardian, Talk Sport and BBC has been cancelled as fan boys and girls currently write sycophantic nonsense.

No - the ones behind Pep during his press conferences

Surely it's time for the media to boot the Scouse tramps into touch after their disgraceful booing of the national anthem. It's unbelievable that they keep on digging their own grave yet no one wants to fill it in. All it needs is a couple of the big hitting journalists to come out and call them for what they are and surely the rest will follow, they would be worthy of knighthoods.

What shite, City are advertising there product pitch side to millions of viewers around the world, of course the sponsors are paying full price.

I could not believe how they sang YNWA at the Kings coronation concert. They have constantly shown disrespect to our royal family and the rest of England yet the media desperate to kiss there arses. We have always had a strong Queen and country tradition at City yet get no respect from the right wing press , baffling.

It's a free hit against them, they constantly give free ammunition to the media yet no one wants to pull the trigger, it's baffling. They are nobody's, football will carry on whether they're here or not just like any other club.

I think he was referring to the Eubank death-by-driving incident, not Michael Watson...
i stand corrected, i wasn’t aware of this, thanks for enlightening me.

Not a chance of that happening bud.

For some reason it was removed as it broke house rules !. I have no idea what house rules it broke as I see City called dirty oil club on a regular basis on the bbc. Seems dirty oil is ok but dirty petrol isn't.
The bbc are a fucking joke
BBC sport is infiltrated with Rag's and Dipper's so it's no wonder their output is hugely biassed.

I mean the 22 year old graduate having to read your post probably hated both you and whenever you were replying to and deleted the post to stop an online argument between 40+ year olds so they could get back to scouring LinkedIn for a better job..

I mean it may or may not be true, but what i can guarantee as a fact is that their moderators are grad schemers who would happily pay out of their own pocket to have comments permanently turned off and save themselves the ballache.

There used to be a webpage on the PL website that related to the Champions League. This page listed all the winners of the Champions League from England. There was a super picture of Salah etc in action. Strangely, not really, this page had not been updated since City's Champions Lesgue win last summer. Being a sad bastard I let the PL know. No reply. I tried again. No reply. I raised a complaint and I was advised the department would update the page. That was a few weeks ago. No change to the page. I contacted them again. Yes, I accept this is a bit sad. However, I want the PL to acknowledge our success bearing mind all the shit since they charged us. Anyway, to spare you any more on this story, I checked the page and currently it is saying the page has gone. Now it's possible they are making the amendments to it. Or, a more cynical view maybe that someone responsible for the PL website doesn't want to acknowledge City's historic achievement. We shall see. Here's the link.

My memory of him is tryna catch fat Bob at Wembley and failing miserably!
Some of the players I have clear memories of from the play off final against Gillingham.
Dickov is one(obviously) Horlock for his goal, Edgehill for his penalty, Weaver for his penalty saves, The Goat and Morrison amongst others, however I'd completely forgotten about Tony Vaughan.
You mention Robert Taylor, there's another City player i'd completely forgotten about. Joe Royle signed him the next season didn't he, don't think he stayed with us for very long though did he!?

Happened to be driving when GSTK was been sung before the little cup final. The amount of booing was totally unacceptable yet no one on the radio had the balls to call it out !
I did notice the singer did up his tune at the end with vigour,as though he was attempting to out them

He’d have been charged with death by careless driving today, which amazingly (as I’ve just checked) became an offence in 2006 and carries a maximum sentence of five years, rather than the maximum sentence for careless driving, which is a fine and points. Absolutely incredible he only got a £250 fine for that.

My memory of that day is to say the least hazy - still one, if not the best footballing days out ever!
