A bit of a weird game. Totally bossing it until conceding with the usual long ball/first shot on target. That unsettled us for a bit. Looking at the goal again, yes it's annoying to be so wide open but 99 times out of 100 that shot goes over the bar. Great strike but just a hit and hope. Haaland 's miss was bizarre. He got caught in two minds, head it or go with his foot. As his headers are usually shite he went with his foot. He could have actually just bundled it in with his body, but it did come at him quite fast and at a height where he would be caught in two minds.

Our class told in the end. No pity for the rags but they were light due to injuries. Great to shut the nursery rhyme singing wankers up.

Next week we have to be much tighter at the back. If Liverpool get behind us like that the game will be over sharpish. For me Doku can't start. Not knocking the lad but he needs to be an impact sub from.now on if needed.

That was the worst rag side I have ever witnessed. They were genuinely shit and arguably the worst side to have come to the Etihad this season. Mind the gap boys.

They were really poor.
I know they were missing a few, Maguire, the midget argie and Hjollund, but their attitude was as bad as I've seen.
27% possession and no shot on goal after the first 25 minutes.
I wouldn't put much faith in them getting any points off the top teams.

Felt we would score 5 today such is the chasm between the sides. We might not have the score to reflect it but Christ that was an absolute annihilation. Even at 1.0 down I didn’t flinch, we just ran them into the ground, they didn’t lay a finger on us all game, it was brilliant to watch.

They deserve to be hounded out of town for that ‘performance’, stunk the league out with it in fact. They think they can catch us in five years… not a fucking chance.
