All the headlines tomorrow will be city cracking up after Kev and peps little exchange. Atrocious second half and we still could have had two goals. Anyroad brace yourselves for the dipper wankfest. Tarquins will be giddy now!
 
Take a point all day. Liverpool's press was unreal very difficult to play against that as you can tell my our short passes. Alvarez struggled massively with the press and Rodri did I thought. Massive point though

On paper maybe but regardless of injuries the crowd remains the same

Could’ve, maybe should’ve, finished them off in the first half. But the total collapse of the whole team after the penalty gift was/is very worrying. They completely bullied us off the ball and players like Silva and Rodri who possess great composure were frightened to death and was hopelessly hoofing it anywhere. That was a Liverpool team we should be beating but we also have to respect the intimidation of the venue. And we allowed that to scare us.

It could have easily been given, If that was down the other end I'd be pissed off big time that it wasn't given.

Doku shat his pants and didn't want to put his head in and be brave, Instead he took the cowards route and got lucky.
 
I will take a point after that second half performance, we just seemed to lose the plot for 20 mins. The introduction of Kovacic helped and he should have played from the start imo.

Still all to play for, but we will need to play better than that against Arsenal.
 
Only the miracle can get us to the title now, but it is gone now in my opinion. Before the game I gave us 5% and was rightly or wrongly slaughtered for it. We still have the names on the field, but our game-plan, execution and mentality is not the one of the champions. Not beating one single team around us or that is top 6 - forget about ManU, they've been mediocre for ages - conceding goals for fun and not being able to hold onto the lead. If we didn't beat this L. side with this 11 on the pitch when we needed and with that 2nd half performance, we'll never beat them. Still it is possible for one team to blow it, but not for both. Just focus on FA cup and prey that in CL when any stronger team come against us until the final.

Yeah he’s slowed the tempo down, but that’s given us a level of control over matches that ultimately won us the treble so I’m not sure what your point is?

I really thought pre match we would batter them this time but alas something happens to us at that shithole everytime.
