PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Just back from a week in Tenerife and spent a rather enlightening and enjoyable evening chatting with a Reading fan.
Wow! He was passionate in his hatred of this Dai Yongge chancer. ( the kindest thing he called him )
When I made a daft joke about the infamous Thames Valley Royal’s Maxwell merger - he laughed and recognised I wasn’t a JCL. He wasn’t very nice about Oxford! Apparently a big money man who wanted control of Reading, who their supporters wanted, has buggered off to Oxford and has suddenly got them all excited.
He hated Arsenal, because they were Arsenal. Hated Liverpool because during the 70’s & 80’s they were always the ITV Big Match main game on a Sunday where he lived. Then he ’educated’ me on why nytid are called rags - he was spot on too!
Then he totally floored me! He was furious at the way we were being treated and said every other football supporter who wasn’t attached to the three red shit had had the scales lifted from their eyes and were starting to see the truth.
He wished us well for the future as did I to him.
Most Geordies were also completely different than this time last year in their take on the whole issue.
Slowly, slowly and all that.
The Reading supporter has really left an impression.
From small acorns maybe?
Similar experience. Just back from Barbados. Spent several evenings with Spurs, Arsenal and W Ham fans. All curious about our feelings and thoughts on it, genuine sympathy for us as supporters, and and disbelief that we’re being treated this way. A refreshing change from the attitude of the media, social media and the ‘below the line’ comments from so called football fans.

What would be bitter about it? I’ve been to every big game i’ve wanted to since the takeover. Is it bitter to point out the obvious that our owners are pricing out the working classes or that thousands of diehard blues have stopped going over the last 10 years?
I think it’s the inevitable price of success mate.

Ratboys financial acumen and brilliance is illustrated with his own club which he probably never imagined he would run without ongoing success at losses of £4.8m, season 20/21 and £3.2m, 21/22. Using the last figure thats c£650k per week down the shitter.
Lim is apparently on the hook for 50% so presumably Ratty and his mates are forking out the balance.

Rattus should keep his snout below the parapet on any matters of finance. Failed goat herding ****.
Funny how no one in the media falsely accuses him or that club of being a money laundering operation for a banned director.

They could have also put a screen up like was said to be required for var....
Yeah, that’s probably right. Football sold its soul years ago and we as a club were just a bit late to the party. I don’t like it but will always love City so it’s catch 22.:)

I get it. It’s easier for me because I’ve moved around a lot since I was 17. Was a season ticket holder from the age of 6 but since I left the U.K. and only started picking and choosing my games to go to I tend to stay away from the genuine complaints regular match day goers have.
Somebody somewhere will always end up getting fucked over in our quest to be the biggest and best in the world.
Sadly in most cases it’s the old school supporters who suffer the most.

Have all the fans crying about the sly six and how the premier league isn't fair been living in a bunker for years? In the thirty four years since it was formed only SEVEN clubs have won it. Arsenal, United, Chelsea, Blackburn, Leicester, Liverpool and of course us. Blackburn and Leicester were one offs. Until Chelsea and ourselves got some money to compete it was shared between United and Arsenal. I didn't hear all the no marks crying about it back then.

Same when other fans chat to me. The press/media are so far up the red tops +1 that they forget most football fans dont support them !

6Mix in St Lawrence Gap? Got back yesterday.

I've got absolutely no problem with Ian Wrights comments. He's saying what I feel, as a fan. Once we're cleared, the respect and admiration for our success will undoubtedly increase and spread to those who are currently on the fence as a consequence of a media witch hunt from certain parties. They have no effect on me as a fan, but I can see why they'd influence other outsiders. Once we're cleared, they're campaign will become irrelevant.

It won't though the damage has been done. Even after we were cleared by CAS wankers like Jordan are still saying we were guilty. I don't want their love I just want them to get their facts right and at the end shut the fuck up for good if we're cleared. Fans of our rivals will never accept a positive result anyway but fuck them.

Thanks him for doing his best to price out all our original fans? Or for spending a tiny fraction of his wealth to buy great players?
Who decides pricing for City? Doubt it‘s Mansour. Blame Soriano if you must.

You know what the secret is with Simom Jordan?

Don't fucking listen to him
