They did, but not the Liverpool that we play every season! This was a pale imitation, at best!

But, it proved, yet again, that Utd can be dangerous on the counterattack if you play man to man or commit too many players forward.

Beyond that, they’re shit!

It’s not a “love-in” but a “lesser of two evils on the day!”

This game was a threefer!
It meant Liverpool lost the chance at 4 trophies. It meant we didn’t have to meet them again to win this trophy. And, it meant that we have the chance to beat United in the FA Cup Final AGAIN as part of our second Treble in two years!!

All I'm seeing is yet another united style forward ie runs fast with the self confidence to shoot at every opportunity.

He is the perfect fit for united's Park the bus hoofball style of play but would be useless in a proper footballing side.

It was a great result in two ways obviously 1 being the dippers and there fake quad
The other being the rags were actually shite and should have have been 4 or 5 behind before there equaliser but they have forgot all that already

The bloke is a complete bellend, the club could find him and ban him. Football authorities have made a rod for their own backs with this tragedy chanting initiative it only emerged to protect these two cunts of clubs.
