PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I'm sure they'll find one. Probably something about acting in good faith, but FFP came in 2011/12 so it covers part of that contract.

But as an independent I can say with certainty that Biden doesn't need anyone to besmirch him...City is mint..Biden is...not Trump...that's about all anyone can say on his behalf...and even that's debatable...

UEFA FFP was introduced in 2011/12 (but anything from the period when Mancini was with the club is now time limited under the UEFA rules according to CAS, anyway) but the PL FFP rules weren't introduced until the 2013/14 season, after Mancini had left, I think.

It would be pretty desperate stuff if the PL are trying to "get" the club for the Mancini contracts on non-cooperation or acting in bad faith, though. And minor stuff compared to the context of the allegations as a whole. Not that I am saying they won't try.

It's not that deep fella.

The analogy stands, as one party without a cat in hell's chance of proving a spurious claim, are pursuing it anyway, with the main intention of causing untold reputational damage.

In their mind, it's job done either way.

I cant understand this either. The pl were only 'tipped off' by stolen emails.

So other clubs could be cooking the books and the pl wouldnt have a clue or investigate unless they get hacked.

It's a very strange way to run a multi billion business, to rely on stolen information and hacked about emails.

But why were City chosen to be hacked ? Who was behind this ? Surely the dippers would have been better as on their books its shows 50million for some work into Anfield which never happened. Would also find proof of dipperpool hacking into our scouting base.

Why dont the pl look into the odd pattern of performance at dipperpool. Two seasons on it the 3rd mid table, than back on it first 2 seasons, than mid table. That second half against us they were like juiced up bunnies, something clear odd about that. I have watch pro cycling for decades you can see when someone has juiced. That second half was iffy.
Very similar to Leicester City shit one season next running something like an extra 3k per game. After the title season back to being shit. Odd.

I'm sick to death of all this shit. It is clear this is a concerted WHITCH HUNT by the pl, some pl clubs, UEFA, the press/media.

If I understand some of the charges the pl are trying to charge for breaking rules that didnt exist at the time. Its fucking bonkers that the press/media arent questioning the pl for this.

I also fucking hate our press/media, pundits, commentators etc. Even yesterday at the ladies match they said that the dippers should have been dirty against us, if other words kick us. One dipper should have been sent off for a nasty studs down the Achilles. Nothing said.

Anyway City keep growing, keep investing in our great City, keep investing in our stadium, more and more kiddies around here are in City shirts.

City are innocent but the pl have to find something so it will be the non cooperation. Hope City tell them to shove it up their arse.

We have been responsible for the majority of rule changes both on and off the field.
Us to pedanticaly observe them with others to pay lip service to those same rules.
Now that we are treble winners the only change is that rules need to be relaxed because those same rules are being seen as unfair to other teams rather than just City and if continued are likely to financially affect the governing 3 or 4 clubs.

why its taking PL long long time when Uefa already dealt with it?
(self reported shady things by Chelsea owners dating back to Abra's strange payments, agent fees, offshore tricks etc)

thats before current psr numbers also heavily under risk due to enermous spending by Boehly which would lso result in a charge like Everton's at the very least. and probably only softened so far due to to laughable 8/9 year long contract handed out to reduce amortisation fees overall.
I do hope likes of Enzo, Caicedo will have to stay at Chelsea for 8 more years and have no better seasons than current one. :)
