I get what you are saying but I am genuinely shocked that we have got to the point where the Leader of this country can suggest something like this.

It smacks of getting ‘undesireables’ off the streets, something that Hitler would identify with.

They show a remarkable ability to separate the things they do and the things they say from their position in the opinion polls and the things the public say about them.
Given what appears to be a strong conviction in their own policies and abilities, it must be a real head scratcher for them, unless of course they are just lying and bluffing furiously.

What a terrible imposition!
I‘m sure greg smith must be casting jealous eyes at those who had the good fortune and foresight to make the lifestyle choice of being homeless and living in a leaky tent thus avoiding such tiresome constraints as council tax.
Apparently some of the really lucky ones could soon be upgraded to a nice comfy prison cell.
He‘d better not be too jealous though, as that might look a bit like the politics of envy!
