Our summer signings were not good enough.

Lol quotes like this. Go have a look at the Palmer thread last year. People was saying he was a championship player. You can’t call this after such a short period of time. In 3-5 years we will know.
I have always rated him and look correct to have done. It's not a crime to admit that City got it wrong.

It’s not over til it’s over. The signings may or may not be good enough. Know more about that next season. Gundo leaving and Mahrez was always going to have some sort of impact. That what happens when players get older unfortunately. We have Kev going soon and that will be another issue.
