MacAlister looking like his legs have hit the wall, been running their midfield for a good spell but today he looked out of energy.
Yeah he's been brilliant for them, think Endo has also done a good job for them, but the third guy Szobozslai was very poor.

The Opta Supercomputer now make Manchester City the title favourites with a 40% chance of winning the trophy, despite being third.

Liverpool are next on 31% with Arsenal, the leaders, given a 29% chance.

Chance of winning the Premier League title, according to xG:

◎ Man City: 35%
◎ Arsenal: 33%
◎ Liverpool: 32%

City are favourites with the bookies now as well!

It was probably too much to ask but I think we may have needed United to hang on for the win there. Then I believe we could have caught Liverpool on goal difference.

Not sure they are going to drop any further points now.

I think Arsenal will drop pts.

We just need to win and hope now.
Spurs might get something just judging by Liverpool's very poor record against the top 6, maybe Villa too but Unai Emery will probably shit the bed as usual, can't see them dropping points against anyone else.

What I really want in this title race is that we can afford to drop points once and still win it, it doesn't look likely at the moment.

Still more worried about the Dippers than Arsenal who I feel will implode

Think the fixtures for all 3 of us is comparable, think us and Dipeprs have 3 home games and 4 away, Arsenal have 4 home 3 away, May make the difference

Feel like we aren't gonna do it

Spurs will have a huge say in this title. It begs the question of how they will play against us should they know beating us could hand arsenal the title? Now that, I imagine would be an uncomfortable thought for them.
Depends what's at stake for them. I know they are professionals who give their all, etc, but an atmosphere when their fans want City to win can be a strange thing.

Let’s be honest for a min…

City should have been out of the race this season with:

1. our indifferent form
2.treble hangover
3.going for 4 titles
4. Overall mental and physical exhaustion
5. Relying on a league 2 player in haaland
6. Still 3 trophies to win
7. Fair share of injuries especially to key players.
8. Brutal March fixture list.
9. Losing Gundo and Mahrez.
10. Signing Philips leaving Rodri no break again.

Yet here we are. Fucking hell city!!!

Looking at the bigger picture there's a lot to be happy with, regardless of what we're sat with by the total end of the season.
