Looking at the bigger picture there's a lot to be happy with, regardless of what we're sat with by the total end of the season.
As long as we are competing then that’s all we can ask for. Sometimes sides will do better than you and if they do, they deserve what they achieve. If we get over 88 points again then you can’t really ask for more than that.

Spurs will have a huge say in this title. It begs the question of how they will play against us should they know beating us could hand arsenal the title? Now that, I imagine would be an uncomfortable thought for them.
Bet Levy would beg to differ.
The bald cnut f*ckin hates us with a passion

Plus them being in touching distance of TOP4. I think they would lean towards beating us for them to get top4. Goodnews is that, they would want to beat Arsenal too, to get Top4. When they meet Arsenal, they would have been well rested.

Just got to win all of our games. Make one of the other contenders win it, rather than us giving it them. There would be no shame in not winning the title with 91 points on the board. If someone else betters that, fair play to them.
Agree, there can be no arguments with that, we would have gave it our best shot.

both arsenal and liverpool will alternate in droping points,we just hang in there every week and pounce on the top spot when the time arrives, weve all been here before and we know the script, bet Rawk tonight is a sad place

If the dippers win then for me I think it’s over sadly

Longest winning run by ANYONE this whole season is eight - we get that that's some run - especially with the likes of Spurs away which we never win (league game)

And a wrong one, in my opinion. 2019, in the face of a ferocious opponent, tops the lot for best achievement. Part of a treble, we had De Bruyne missing for 75% of the season, achieved the second highest points total ever at that time, and won our last 14 games when 13 wins and a draw would not have got the job done.
Totally agree. It will take some serious beating.

Yeah he's been brilliant for them, think Endo has also done a good job for them, but the third guy Szobozslai was very poor.
Tbf they should have been5 up and coasting today just poor finishing let them drop a couple of away points - but i think they would say a point at the swamp pre game wouldn't be disastrous

Let’s be honest for a min…

City should have been out of the race this season with:

1. our indifferent form
2.treble hangover
3.going for 4 titles
4. Overall mental and physical exhaustion
5. Relying on a league 2 player in haaland
6. Still 3 trophies to win
7. Fair share of injuries especially to key players.
8. Brutal March fixture list.
9. Losing Gundo and Mahrez.
10. Signing Philips leaving Rodri no break again.

Yet here we are. Fucking hell city!!!

the presure cooker gasket will burst, and it may be there villa game next week but it will happen
Going off Villa's game vs Brentford it is a bit of a tough call. I did expect Brighton to give them a bit more of a test.

I don’t think Spurs are all that and even if they were, if we go into the last week of the season (spurs game likely to be then) needing two wins to win the title, I expect this team to get it done.
