PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

I prefer Citys approach allowing him to stew in his own piss, if we were remotely worried about clowns like this we would have reacted.
I'm pretty sure we will serve our revenge nice and cold.
Quite right.
His ‘fame’ will only last until the next yapping little gobshite who thinks of himself as some kind of ‘shock-jock’ rocks up and bores us all with his predictably inane and ill-informed drivel.

Give me 2 minutes with this prick and he'll change his fucking tune alright. He'll be an arsehole with a new arsehole torn into him. I'd rip his head off and shit down his neck.
Sorry I’m confused, are you a YouTube fan or not?

Not very clear @bigA -:)

Maybe this actor needs to look at his clubs cheating and his manager with the dodgy players his son his company overpaid for! Oh and isn't the media on so quiet about that! Scummy kunts
Problem is, all that was done off the books with brown envelopes... the trail was easier to hide that it is in today's modern digital age... no wonder he retired when he did.

Just out of interest, it's not just the likes of Carragher, Neville, Roan and Goldbridge who have crossed the line, but also Sky, the BBC and Talksport for broadcasting it? Could we (I don't mean the club, I mean concerned citizens) not put together a list of the various offenders/offences and distribute it to those organisations, along with a summary of the risks they are running by allowing those people to continue?
If it came from an O.S.C.it would carry more weight as representatives of the fan base. Even a press release giving views on the constant attacks on our club about 115, state owned, cheats, etc.would be a start.

Good call. It certainly would add more weight to defending us from the ill informed, speculative and downright libellous attacks from the press, so called expert radio pundits and the spoon fed, easily led public.

Haven’t clicked on it, don’t need to as I know what the tedious **** will have said.

I hope, but don’t remotely expect the club to engage in a campaign of retribution against the most strident and egregious (and high profile) actors in defamation against the club once these preposterous charges are disproved.

Some, like Jordon are canny enough to stay (just) the right side of the line, but others (notably Carragher when he questioned the veracity of our accounts recently) have not and I just wish there were legal consequences for that, especially given the platform he was airing it on.

I’m not holding my breath though.
I’d love to see the likes of Harris and Delaney having to publicly admit they got it all wrong to get out of being taken to the cleaners for their libellous shite over the last few years.

Not going to happen. The cunts will double down, pontificate about freedom of speech and hide behind the doctrine of vicarious liability.

Carragher hasn't got a clue about our finances. He also Isn't qualified to talk about FFP at all.

Are you saying we could be the ‘South Africa’ & bring the case forward?

Packed in Talksport back in 2012 when they had that idiot Ronnie Iranie slagging City off and lying that he was watching United when he was actually playing cricket. Don’t go near that awful radio station, it’s not produced for our benefit.
Similar timing to me and exactly the same reason!

:)

I was just thinking the broadcasters and their talking heads are way too comfortable at the moment, knowing the club isn't going to do anything and probably won't even after they are cleared. A little reminder of their "responsibilities' with examples of when they have gone too far may, at least, make their lawyers think again about what is broadcast. Or maybe it wouldn't. It was just a question, really.

I think it’s a good one. My reference to South Africa was it being raised ‘left field’ when they’d believe no one would bring a charge & stops is talking about the Tiffin bird ;)

I think they can argue that they are not reporting we are guilty just reporting the charges and opinions if they said we was guilty maybe if they said we are guilty and none of the charge stuff was happen then things would be different it’s a shame such seemingly flimsy charges can give them cover but they carry weight and give the media cover
