Yeah we say that, and I won't lie, I myself hold a faint bit of hope for today.
But mostly expect routine wins for both of them unfortunately.

Did anyone expect the rags to get anything the dippers last week?I can’t see Villa get anything at the Emirates, neither Palace at Anfield. Either dropping points would be brilliant, but I’m not expecting any favours today.

We won’t be top come this evening - and we will be further behind after next weekend. In fact there is a strong chance we won’t be top again until after the spurs game due to the run / timing of PL games.
We’ve got to get our heads around the fact we will be chasing for the remainder of the season and it’s out of our hands.
I just have a feeling all will be to play for come last day of the season

It’s an incredibly boring day of football sadly. Liverpool will batter a very poor palace side and villa are very easy to score against away form home. Expecting two very routine wins
Palace will draw 1-1 and vila will wim 3-1
