Ronay's narrative has been underpinned with a racist tone from day one. He just can't accept the concept of City being owned by an Arab. He isn't fooling anyone with his ongoing output of bile. In many ways the content produced by people like him is worse than the tabloids because it is subtle and understated.
Just like Conn. It's a race hate thing.

The media bias is all there for everyone to see, how can Klopp with such an average success rate get such praise when the question should really be how after nearly a decade in charge and spending huge amounts has he and his team given back such a poor return.
Because the British media are shit scared of offending that feral cult outfit.

Which is ironic really because as someone once so eloquently described on this forum:

"The dippers are offending by everything and ashamed of nothing"

BBC sports personality of the year incoming - the cunts are made for each other

He's a bald fucking ****.

Does this Ronay chap go to our games ?
If he does I think it’s high time he was given a slap or two..
High time him and other journos were targeted.

They incite hatred towards our club which ends up with violence. There's been instances where away fans fueled on this shit have assaulted city fans. Journos are root cause of this kind of violence

I sped read this shit last night. He must really be getting off on it cos he wrote two articles within the space of hours when before hand the craven Guardian had all but ignored City v Madrid, now as they are spouting this phoney intellectual shite City are front and centre. The only comparison I could think of for such a warped view of the world was the Nazi’s.

it’s also bizarre how he can in one sentence say we are merely a PR exercise for Abu Dhabi, then completely ignoring the Emirates sponsored clubs. Is that not blatant PR ? I came to the conclusion he’s a tosser just like the other London centric media wankers, if they weren’t covering football it would be tiddly winks or upskirting at the Mail.

best thing we can do is make it four in a row and take the FA Cup whilst we are at it.

Emirates FA Cup at that……

Something on a more postive front for a change

Co-op Live has been built by City Football Group, owned by billionaire UAE royal and deputy prime minister Sheikh Mansour; along with Oakview Music Group, co-founded by US music mogul Irving Azoff.

It's weird how they can squeeze Mansour's ownership of City into any article when it's negative, but just give a nod in the general CFG direction when it's positive. Still, baby steps.

The BBC news did a big piece this morning on the coop live arena opening. Hugely positive piece on the arena and the designs for music etc. guess what wasn’t mentioned once? Yes you guessed it, it was suggested as American owned and not even a single reference to City or Mansour. They even did drone footage from above and outside and at an angle where there was no suggestion it was near the Etihad. They managed to get references to Beckham in the piece, but not a single reference to City.

It takes some doing does that. Cockroaches - all of them at the BBC

No issue with Cole Palmer wish he was still our player but the media shit about him this week has been incredible. You’d think the lad was Maradona. Mindless piece about him enjoying watching his dad play footy and a sense of wonder that he wanted to play with his dad and mates and every opportunity. Imagine a kid wanting to play footy?! Imagine coming from a dreadful council estate and being able to play on a park wonders never cease.

They are wanking themselves silly as a player has chose to leave City and is doing well. Which in the grand scheme of things is a rarity.

They don’t like that fact Haaland has signed for City now the media are doing everything to rip him to pieces as he didn’t score against Madrid the other night.

Just like they used to say Pep will be a failure at City if he doesn’t win the champions league. Not only did he do it, he won the fucking treble.

Just like they used to trot out the shite about when Mansour gets bored he will sell the club. Doesn’t look like he’s getting bored opening up a new arena next to the ground. At the same time the North stand is being extended with a hotel being built.

They don’t like City and writing hit pieces to make the lemmings who follow the rags and dippers feel better is their business.

Yes owned by Sheikh Mansour and Oakview with all the revenues and taxes (general and local) being paid in the UK, creating thousands of direct and indirect jobs in North West England, an area starved of investment. A start contrast to the public "begging bowl" project from Catweazle and his pals in Trafford. Those pesky facts always get in the way of the constant negative narrative about our club.

Appears to be a bit of a pile on in the media which is nothing new , most pundits rooting for a Chelsea win nothing they would like more than to see us collapse and win nothing , then we have Haaland now judged as a near goal-a-game failure because he doesnt track back.
The the Palmer horse shit , he looks a good player in a team of overpriced individuals , take penalties away from his numbers and it gives some perspective to where he really is , he is playing against a top class defensive midfielder and back four today not a bunch of mid tabe no-hopers.
Would be very surprised if he is as effective , but if he scores a 98th minute penalty winner the media love-in wil be unbearable , the Balon D'Or is nailed on.

Chelsea play like a basket ball team, they carry a goal threat but they turn games into end to end stretched affairs. Think it will be a better opportunity than Madrid midweek.
