I watched that and it was in a flash as soon as PhilNev spoke, I knew how he got the England Women's job. It's a bit of a Cinderella story. When the strongest candidates were, I dunno, say, Cushing and the CFC woman, Philbo was the only one who would fit in that fuckin' suit!

When your choice of loyalties are between a multi millionaire or a bloke reduced to making mocking adverts highlighting the fact his misses was shagging around, the picture sometimes becomes a bit clearer for some people.
