So West Ham can finish at best 8th and at worst 9th. Marbella pre Euro’s will be in these lads heads. I’m sure there will be the usual pre match “We will try and do it to help Declan etc” and loads of pundits trying to big it up, but to be honest other than one of the clubs at the bottom, we couldn’t ask for more than this opportunity.

The defence on Sunday will be night and day compared to that.

I'd play Grealish rather than Doku - as he generally retains the ball, wins free-kicks and defends better - then bring on Doku when WHAM tire or we need an impact.

W Ham are a good team, they are not Real Madrid though. I get this 'let's have more control' thing in games away from home or in CL knock-out games. Against W Ham we'll play vs a low block and have to create more chances.

In hindsight, I would have started Doku in the home leg vs Real. We had a lot of possession but not enough penetration.

Had the faith and booked a room at the Prem Inn at Heaton Park a couple of months ago as I did for the final game last season.
