Thinking of coming up on train Sunday and try and buy ticket outside ground, now I'm a FOC how would it work would he just transfer it to my phone or is paper tickets still working don't want to be ripped off.

Been refreshing the city website all day, got in the queue once, then it kicked me out at the last minute.

No they are not returns.
No body in their right mind would return tickets back to the Club for about £30 each for such an important match.
It’s whats Economists called Equilibrium. Set a value where price equals demand, or in laymans terms squeeze until the pips squeak.
The Club doesn’t want to be accused of ripping fans off so you pay face value for a cat A game and £240 quid for a meal.
That said, I have gone for it, so if any one wants to buy a ticket for a sit down Curry, at face value please pm me. I will even throw in a complementary drink and a Match programme.
Tbf I got a return from club last month, but I was checking page every 10 mins for about the 2 weeks

Hello I am looking for 2 tickets for Sunday for me and my Son. 1 adult 1kids under 14 I would be happy to pay for 2 adults sat together. I know it will be a miracle but would take them at short notice.
Thanks

I have an extra ticket to the game. Bought 2 hospitality ticket and my partner cant make it. Asking face value, can meet in person to grab a beer and walk in to the game together to ensure legal transaction.

Ticket = Tunnel Club Premier Hospitality. 3 hour pre game unlimited food/drink, 5 course meal/halftime meal, 2 hour post game unlimited food/drink. Field access during warmups, greet the team as they walk in. Seat behind the manager, pregame strategy meeting with coaches. Paid $1200 pounds, asking $1200 pounds. Can provide receipt to show payment.

Can meet in Manchester at a bar tomorrow if needed. Thanks

Keep checking the exchange in the hope of a junior ticket in SS2

Anyway, thought I'd look at the hospitality out of curiosity.

£299 for a Thai Buffet in Hulme, CASH bar at the restaurant, make your own way to the ground for entry to the match :-)

Ha ha, what a rip off.

Assuming match ticket is £70 which is steep then it's £230 for a buffet :-)

"Christ on a Bike" (left outside).

Assuming they hold tickets back for these and then the possibility they don't sell, is there a last minute chance of a few popping up for sale on Sunday?

When they sent the text out about the seat exchange last week 3 appeared that I saw in the half hour following the text. I know because I I was trying to grab them.

There are always returns. The closer to the game it is the more there are. They just get snapped up in milliseconds

Here’s some advice for those trying to grab returns. First of all you need to sit at a PC or phone on the seat planner. Change the number of tickets together option from 2 to 1. Hover your mouse over the “select best seats together” button. Then refresh continually with F5 and the second you see a seat appear then click on the “Best Seats” button and it will pop into your basket. You then have 15 minutes to complete.

There are always a few people who fall sick or whatever. The closer to kick off the more will appear. Keep the faith and keep at it.

Good luck to all.

I can’t get on the seat planner Dave as it’s showing Sold Out, any other way to get on it?

I must have refreshed the seating planner at least 1000 times the last week or so, one ticket popped up in the East Stand Lower but by the time I'd clicked it, it had gone. I obviously won't have this problem next year now I have a flexi gold ST!
But, if anyone could help me out with a ticket for Sunday, I will be forever grateful! Let me know blues, cheers!

I have been doing this for sh least 2 hours a day on and off for the last 3 days!

Any returns, city are obviously offering them as part for the £299 crap hospitality package thing. I don’t think anymore will pop up for £70

I never said there was never any returns. However fan returns, for this game, as you acknowledge, are few and far between. This guy was questioning why these tickets were £300 each and all available at once. These were not fan returns because they come with pre booked seats in a resteraunt. So the Club must have always held them back in order to flog them as corporate.

I think we all were doing that. What was most annoying was that tickets were still being shown as available long after they had gone, so a lot of time was wasted building up false hopes

There might be some truth in this.
