I've said it since that final and having just watched it again on YouTube, Ramos can't do what he did without Salah first grabbing his arm. Yes, Ramos clamped Salah's arm and knew exactly what he was doing the way he fell onto it, but without Salah grabbing Ramos' arm, he wouldn't have the chance to do it.
