Alvarez out to pay for Eze?

I think with Alvarez he has to play upfront or not play at all, I know he played more minutes last season than any other player but he's not an attacking midfielder or a wide player.

When Haaland is fit he's always going to start, So we have to accept that our second fiddle striker is going to be a downgrade. I can't see us signing another prolific striker as he won't want to be sat on the bench.

If Haaland doesn't play we've numerous options to play as a false 9 as we've shown this season and numerous other seasons we can do it.

I'd love Eze at City, He's a fabulous player.

It does feel like it could be the end of the Pep era, which makes sense having won 4 in a row and a treble.

If they all went, maybe Pep would get the hunger back to develop the new team!
