Glastonbury 2024

Sunday line up pre Football for me is ok if shown on iplayer
11:15 The Zutons
12:30 Jalen Ngonda
14:00 psychedelic porn crumpets
15:00 James
I'll be watching for 2&3 if they show them, but as many have said iplayer has been poor at coverage this year, so much better in previous years

The problem is there’s not that many guitar bands coming through that have made it big enough in the last decade to headline the pyramid stage so they’re stuck with either the same legacy acts or going in a different direction like Dua Lipa.
They could go with new acts, give them a platform and Idles given their stage presence should have been nailed on to headline the pyramid stage.

I just don’t think bands like that can carry an audience the size of the pyramid, headlining the other stage I thought was perfect for them.

I’m really looking forward to them headlining End of the Road.

It's striking how very few newer artists there are performing. Makes you wonder where pop music will be in 10 years time. I suppose they'll still be wheeling out Coldplay.

There’s a few good new bands playing but they’re on the smaller stages.

Tom Cruise is always there
And Wimbledon
And the British Grand Prix
And anything else in the UK sporting calendar round about now.

Last year the twat was never off our screens.
I remember him rocking up at the Etihad with Robert Duvall, strage fucker was Tom, so hyper he had to be taking something, it simply was not natural behavior.
