None.

There is a 2 term limit agreed by Congress. Obama would respect that limit.

Trump on the other hand has already suggested he might like a 3rd term.

I'm pretty certain that he's been told bluntly that repeating that line would be a bad idea, so he isn't.

Changing the Constitution to do it is still a way off, even for Agent Orange.

Apparently access to all the funding for the Biden campaign is conditional upon Biden or Harris being on the ticket. A third party could run for president but they would need Harris to be the vice president pick on the same ticket.

I don’t know how anyone can rule this out. SCOTUS will just conspire to find some intellectually dishonest justification for it. Anyone arguing that isn’t possible has lost touch with reality.

Trump and his cronies, including Vance, are not “hope for the best, prepare for the worst, and expect something in between” actors.

They are “hope for something in between a theocratic fascist regime and the institution of western liberal democracy being taken to the very edge of the abyss” actors.
