It was a positive post, because the staff arriving back have heard we had a good showing at the hearing.

Take what you want from it, we all look at the charges in different ways. Mine is everything we have and the PL have done, has a relevance, procedure protocol and understanding in the 115 charges. last week a reporter Jacobs in the chronicle, told Newcastle fans that the PL has made a problem for itself, when finding Everton guilty they had deducted points within a week, and before an appeal, they did something similar for Forest, setting precedence of punishment within a week. November is the media date for the press, so how do you relegate a team mid season? or take points of them, that stop them from entering the CL before an appeal?
 
It don't matter anymore, Pep is probably on his way end of this season, rules are in place that make our owners business plan awkward to execute. The premier league is on its way to throwing away its financial advantage just to keep 4 clubs happy and the rest in their place. Maybe Sheikh Mansour is also ready to cash in his shares and get out while the going is good.
