I'm pretty confident we've taken the action we have against the PL precisely because we have been impacted over new deals we were negotiating.

The action against the associated party transactions yes, certainly that's the case. And evidence too of how City will act if things are going to threaten our ability to be commercially successful. The 115 charges we have largely kept our powder dry. Whilst it's an ongoing case and that's typical, if those charges were having an impact we would have been more vocal. Any deals behind the scenes would have required us to provide assurances on our position and would inevitably have get out clauses or penalties if we were to be found guilty.

To be honest , I expect the tribal nature of some City supporters has minimal effect on their turnover, and most City fans won’t even be aware of it , i wasn’t until it was posted in here,especially worldwide.Whether that’s balanced by any extra sales due to the exposure nobody will ever know. It's Now clear Manchester City won the PSR court case against the Premier League because they have now shown their hand in the media and on the BBC, Very Big Mistake by Richard Master in the Question to the Answers ? He stated I will give you the answers to your question when the review is over, Then straight away changed his answer to the review panel will give you the answers,

The Bastards are stitching us up on the 115 charges mark my words here, Richard Master should be nowhere near this case and he is, The independent panel will be a stitch-up and with no right to an appeal we will have to eat humble pie,

The question is what will the punishment be, Defo Relegation and multi-million in fines and 4 or 5 transfer window spending cap, They will want at least 5 years of damage inflicted on us with no chance of winning the title and Champions League football.

Relegation to the championship alone will kill Manchester City, Players will leave because of no European football, Pep will leave because the board would have lied to him about being innocent, But the transfer window cap will do major damage, 2 seasons of little to none new players of any quality,

I fear the worst after That interview on the BBC, So can Manchester City get some dirt on Richard Master and the scum red tops,

I hope we take the lot down with us and blow the whistle on the whole scam of the Premier League and the scum.

Off the top of my head, some unanswered questions ...

1 The 3 person Independent Panel must have a been appointed some time ago. Who are they ? what associations do they have with other PL clubs ?

2 We know from previous hearings that Masters writes to the Panel before the hearings and specifies what any sanctions should be in the event of proven charges. What are they ?

3 As a purchaser of a season ticket intending to support a team to (hopefully) challenge for a Premier title, are the PL going to re-imburse the cost, as they are seeking to make my purchase a compete waste of money. The PL are seeking to ensure we support a team to meaningless victories home and away.

4 The same applies to the club sponsors, have the PL informed those companies they are willfully seeking to devalue their investment in the PL product.
