well it depends on how important your professional integrity is as a person I guess....for me its everything.....but as you say if he doesnt have any then fair enough....but that for me would make him a lesser person.

Imagine looking back on your career and saying that you spent it doing sweet FA and playing very little to zero parti n anything your company/team achieved...you just sat their and did very little and took the money.

I personally would rather work my ass off to achieve the best I can than just sit there and take money but I guess each to their own.

i would disagree. i think Cancel is the weakest link.

We don't want to play him, we really can't offload him, he is on big wages which mediocre clubs can't really afford and the clubs which could afford him are in no need of his services apart from Barcelona which are poverty stricken.
 
Ipswich will see this as a real coup for the club, People can look at it whatever way they like, City identified Phillips two years ago as being part of there plans, He was also a regular starter for England, Things haven't gone well for him at City of course, If Ipswich get his confidence back and get him playing like he can then he will be a really good edition for them.

Exactly it doesn't make any sense sticking the boot into Phillips!

City are the ones who identified Phillips and paid the money for him, The club got this one wrong which is very rare, These things happen in football.

He's going on loan to Ipswich and we move on.
 
It's not confidence or game time he needs. That massive shoulder injury fucked him and he's not gonna get back what he had. Wish him all the best but he's done at the top level and has been since we signed him unfortunately. Needs to drop down to the Championship if he wants to look even halfway decent again.
