City launch legal action against the Premier League | Club & PL reach settlement | Proceedings dropped (p1147)

I have it on good authority that nothing has got into the public domain. Part of me wonders if it ever happened, I don’t recall any announcement by the club, just media speculation. Anyway another busy week of club football and then yet another meaningless International break, and no doubt more injuries
 
No leeks. All bullshit. Nobody knows nowt so as per usual. What will be will be. But on the other hand 2000 fine and detention for the week.

How do the other clubs punished under the PSR rules feel seeing the sham allowance(s) the PL have given to the rags ?

I would expect the " punished " clubs to be bringing this up in their mitigation against the punishments they have incurred.

How can the rags claim for scruffy jim's purchase of the money burning exercise that the rags produce everytime they venture into the transfer market ?

Or exceptional Covid related circumstances - that no other club experienced ? Covid was a rag persuing infection which didn't attack other PL clubs ?

Are other clubs allowed such protection from managerial fuck-ups ?

I know don't bother answering................
