Morning . Could someone with relevant legal knowledge ie PB , Stefan etc throw clarity on the fact that now Newcastle United could now start legal proceedings against the PL as the unlawful rules were also in place to stop them progressing ?
Thanks
We live in hope.Abu Dhabi is about to unleash a torrent of spending to essentially blow away any traditional rivals for good.
Mansour will be paying it. It is not included in the expenditure to meet PSR in the same way the construction of the new stand and hotel isn't, revenue streams from them are though ;)The money we are spending and all these legal cases, who pays it. If it comes from the club is it written off in PSR calculations?
love it, absolutely fucking love it!It's war, total war.
I hope and doubt we will. Mansour has always maintained that he intends to make the club a successful but profitable well run one. I remember when he first took over some clown associated with him claimed this, he was quickly side-lined.Abu Dhabi is about to unleash a torrent of spending to essentially blow away any traditional rivals for good.
Nice one, thanks again. You are my Wikipedia.Mansour will be paying it. It is not included in the expenditure to meet PSR in the same way the construction of the new stand and hotel isn't, revenue streams from them are though ;)
I think that was obvious with yesterdays post hearing statement.Hopefully this will leak. Would be very interesting to see what City really think of the PLs statement.
I like war. It's war, total war.
Wow, the fact that he's citing our legal bod by name and not the usual 'source close to the club' suggests this is accurate and we are not fucking about. We really are not fucking about.
Cunts are getting glassed all over the pub.
I now can't wait for the 115 verdict, it's going to be utter carnage. And quite right too.
For the Premier League to come out with their insane statement shows the absolute mess they have got themselves into.
The media have shown themselves up as being the red cartels paid shills we all know they are.
Can't stop laughing.
