Monchi was an exceptional sporting director for years, finding gems on a yearly basis after their stars left for greener pastures. He deserves full respect in his 1st stint at Sevilla.

Sevilla have been a shiteshow in recent years tho even with Monchi.

It remains to see how well Monchi is doing at Aston Villa. He has only been their for 1 year. They were finished 7th Place in the EPL and were showing great potental before Monchi got appointed.
