Very pleased to report my WSL Season ticket is working . Mens yet to be tested as the club sent me individual tickets for the home games before the international break ....but I'm optimistic . My points seemed to disappear on the app though , until I rebooted it .. no idea why .
 
This season is worse than ever with issues in transferring tickets, dont get why as a huge business thdy still cannot get the basics right.
After three hours wasted online and on the phone for the Milan game only to finally have to go down to the ground im trying to transfer a ticket for the fulham game to another supporter and get this.... 1000023512.jpg

Ive got exactly the same problem
 
I have asked for season tickets to be added to the City Matters agenda for our meeting this coming Monday (14th October). This will include both season tickets for 2025/2026 and Flexi Gold. I intend to use this as an opportunity to get the fan perspective on record as soon as possible.

It almost goes without saying, but I will be arguing for a price freeze at the bare minimum. On Flexi Gold, it will be the reintroduction of season tickets and the abolition of the Flexi Gold surcharge. That said, welcome any further views.

We all appreciate what you do for the fans. :-)

I appreciate this is North stand related.

Can you ask when season ticket details will be announced, and what type of season tickets, and their prices, will be available for the new North stand, and in particular for NSL2. There is a lot of interest from fans. And some anxiety.

Hopefully the details won’t be NDA’d. ;-)

Absolutely.

A few of us, including 1894, Fans Foodbank and Solid Citizens, spoke on Ian Cheeseman's podcast last week (due to go up tomorrow I believe) and this was one of the main things that I called for. The Club also need to indicate how they are going to gauge if there is more demand for safe-standing places than the 3,000 earmarked (of course, your point plays into that too).

And ask them to let it be known,if your crappy mobile digital season card doesn't work, there is a solution,its what we had
for yonkers before, a plastic/credit card sized ST . Its totally unfare the crap I have gone through just because their system doesn't work for all.They admitted,its a google/android problem and google won't help City.

Hi Alex,

A question I would like asking is how many SC members we currently have. I believe the actual number is a state secret and no-one outside of senior management knows it so I doubt you would get this information. If that is the case I'd ask if the number of SC members is lower than pre Covid and if so why? This summer 600 Flexis were sold and the year before seemingly a handful of the short lived Silvers. It's seems clear that nowhere near all non renewals are being offered as SCs presumably because the club doesn't want as many as in times of less demand.

Hi Alex.

Can you ask why QR codes have been removed from season tickets as it’s causing chaos at turnstiles in SSL3 M1? The NFC seems particularly sensitive or random.

I don’t even know what NFC means but would the answer likely be you can’t scan a screenshot without a QR code?

I never use the code to enter the stadium but on my Android phone you can still access it. However you cannot screenshot it. I don't know if that has always been the case because it's not something I've ever needed to do.

Not actually the case. My Android phone has the code and I helped someone get in for the Fulham match as her NFC wasn't working. I showed her how to open the code and that worked. What you can't do on my phone (and I assume all Android devices) is screenshot the code. I assume this is to prevent people unofficially passing their ticket on.

I still just shove my android phone with a code into the hole to get in.

I do need to enable NFC to get a discount inside the ground unless a supervisor taps their default pass for me.

A question that just came to me. Do Women's Season Ticket Holders get the same benefits as Men's? Like discount in Shop and food discount in Ground?
