The guy is a massive ****, fuck off Mendy
Nobody else was remanded in custody for breaching their bail conditions you stupid fucker! The club stood by him (wrongly IMO) after two initial arrests. They didn't 'single you out', if anything you got special treatment because they felt sorry for you.
You need to have another think about this, I’d respectfully suggest. Also, ‘Not Innocent?
By have another think I mean: Imagine City are found ‘not guilty’ of most or indeed all the 115, presumably you’ll be the first to post saying we might not be guilty but we’re certainly not innocent? Because that’s exactly how opposing fans and their media shills will portray it.
Now I have no time whatsoever for Mendy, I wish the club had never bought him and, in my view, he was certainly ‘not innocent’ but, under the system we have, he was tried, found not guilty and, consequently, is innocent in the eyes of the law. It might be far from perfect but it’s what we’ve got and I’d rather have that than any alternative thus far devised.
He was remanded in custody for months after breaching his bail conditions from a prior arrest. He wasn't charged because they were charging him with multiple counts of rape.incorrect he has never been charged with breaching bail conditions
incorrect he has never been charged with breaching bail conditions
According to this he has......incorrect he has never been charged with breaching bail conditions
Fernandinho was the captain in 2021…That several of his teammates including Walker were at his parties, breaking covid rules, sleeping around, drinking, but he's been 'singled out' because of his arrest.
Conveniently forgetting that we continued to pay him and play him after his first two arrests, and only suspended him when he was charged.
Others may have been doing similar things, but they weren't doing them every single fucking day. And they were contributing on the pitch, unlike this lazy **** who put more effort into being a degenerate than he did into staying fit.
You can't hold someone for more than 24 hours without charging them. He was either charged for breaching his bail or he wasn't and it's a simple fact that he wasn't charged for breach bail. He was charged with rape and locked away for months for thatHe was remanded in custody for months after breaching his bail conditions from a prior arrest. He wasn't charged because they were charging him with multiple counts of rape.
that was dropped he never got charged for itAccording to this he has......

Mendy allegedly broke bail conditions as Man City defender's full charges listed
Manchester City defender Benjamin Mendy, 27, is charged with three rapes on the same date in October last year and a fourth offence earlier this week. He is also accused of touching a woman sexually in January this year.www.mirror.co.uk
He was locked up and unable to go to work.so let's get facts right here;
1) Mendy hasn't been paid since September 2021
2) Mendy had a contract with City
3) Mendy didn't breach bail conditions
4) Mendy was innocent
5) Mendy was crap
I think #5 is swaying a lot of people to think different about 1 to 4. If you remove #5 or put De Bruyne in Mendy's place instead, would that make you think differently.
The only thing that could save City is what the contracts say. If it says something like "for services delivered" or something like that where they can prove he's more like a contract person rather than an employee then great. Otherwise I can't see City winning this one.
He was definitely referring to the current club captain, not Fernandinho.Fernandinho was the captain in 2021…
Yet he admitted it during his trial.that was dropped he never got charged for it
It would have been more surprising if Walker hadn’t been involved.He was definitely referring to the current club captain, not Fernandinho.
Monthly.No firm I know of allows an employee facing such serious charges to carry on working. For a high profile footballer it would be impossible for him to play. They are usually suspended on pay though. 500 grand a week, were we really paying that wanker that much???
The same teammates who supported him, some of them even financially, while he was facing trial!I don’t know much about the finer details, but the way I see it is;
He was arrested twice and then charged. I’d guess once charge he was in breach of contract for a number of reasons. At that point, as an employer, you’d withhold wages.
He’s now throwing his team mates under the bus, which makes him a weasel.
