True enough but please remember that neither of them believe a word of which they speak about City. They openly pander to the majority to “open the discussion”, their words. Keys doesn’t believe 90% of his own talking points and doesn’t give a fuck what people then think of him as he’s making 10x what he made at Sky.

In reality, Richard Keys the person, likes City and Pep and hates United but what you see on tv isn’t Richard Keys the person, it’s the character he plays.

Is it coincidental that he wants ffp changed now the share-holder loans have been shown the light of day

This line of thought from Wenger is not new and was first revealed to an astonished world some four years ago (I believe though can't be absolutely sure of the timing).
