PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Not sure the lack of reporting really indicates anything at this stage. It's a private hearing, so I doubt we'll get to find out anything significant until they reach a decision.
Definitely. The silence just reflects the lack of leaks/opinions (via certain clubs/journalists). I also think the published APT decisions and the PL’s obvious discomfort has taken the wind out the sails of the anti-City brigade.
It could be positive for us (it sure isn’t negative) but we have to be patient now.

I still think no leaks from the PL team is good news for City. The PL leadership will get an update from their legal team daily. The previous pattern has been that someone at the PL blabs to one of the City-hating Club Directors who briefs one of his pals in the media who produces an anti-City story. So far nothing. It is only speculation I know but I feel optimistic.

It’s all gone extremely quiet. I hope that indicates we have won on the main fraudulent points.

The league will try and spin a win anyway.
PL, you stand before us Guilty and will be taken away and hanged by the neck until you are dead.

PL website: victory for the PL as we secure the best quality rope.

I’m not sure about that… some guy called tragic twat said his mole tells him we offered no defence and we’re fucked on every charge

I'm optimistic because City say they've done nothing wrong and can prove it, plus more recent pre-hearing noises from the club via a couple of ITKs on here re-iterated that stance, even to the point that some charges had effectively already been chucked out/dismissed.

None of the above stops me being nervous though!

Optimistic due to the Associated parties hearing, even though they aren’t linked it demonstrates that City’s legal team can expose the Premier League operating outside of the law of the land and their bad faith towards the club. So when Pannick and co look at the 115 charges they can drive their legal truck through their hastily cobbled together case with a starting point of illegally obtained evidence.

Winning everything…all the accolades possible, setting new PL records, a beast of a scorer upfront, potentially breaking new records, now Rodri winning Ballon d’Or. Having the best manager on the planet. A booming academy.

City being punished by the charges is all clubs have left to hold onto at ever getting close to us. This is their battle of the Alamo trying to hold on to the little they have left.

Stop being sensible Ric , that's not what BM wants to hear :)
No, actually a lack of any negative leaks in regard to us is a bit of a positive sign. Might mean absolutely nothing but one has to think that based on all precedence if there was anything remotely negative to spin about us occurring in this hearing it would be put out in headlines and in a very exaggerated way as well...JMO...
