That’s Peps issue then. I know he’s the best in the world and the best I’ve done is play Sunday league football, but I wish he would forget about his trusted players for once and just give a few of the young lads a proper go, instead of one game here and there.Agree with that bit but Pep isn’t going to do that. We've had horrendous luck with injuries and we're attempting to retain the title for an unprecedented 5th time, having already won a historic 4 premier league titles in a row. The run won't go on forever, and hopefully this season won't be the one where it ends, but sadly the entitlement we see from the Red Cartel fans is on full display from plenty of City fans tonight.

They drew away to Villa last week and beat Arsenal at home in the game before that. We were in for a game no matter who played and were beaten fairly and squarely.I know hindsight has 20/20 ,but just wondered ,even though Bournemouth are a decent team, they may have been a bit more cautious if we hadn't been quite so obvious about how knackered and playing though the pain barrier ect. many of the team are. This may have encouraged them to be more ambitious and not park the bus as most usually do,allowing us to play our "normal" game.

Thin squad is visible to a blind man but we still had 11 internationals out there today who had more in them than they showed. I’ll give a lot of credit to Bournemouth who went forward whenever they could and took their chances.
We’ve been nursing ourselves through games and have got through them thankfully, but playing that way and trying to just do enough is going to see us come unstuck.
What it’s massively getting on my tits is our reluctance to shoot. I know the stats show that we sometimes have 20/30 shots in a match but we seem to pass opportunities to put a foot through it in favour of slowing it down and passing it sideways to someone who is marked by 3 men. Yes, I know today was our first loss but it really has been noticeable to me.
McAtee shouldn’t be at the club if he can’t get on the pitch in a game like today. If we’re going to run with a small squad we need players he trusts.
Anyway, let’s see what this week brings. Tough one on Wednesday and if we play this way again next Saturday Brighton will twat us.
I’m sure you’d like to add Gundo next to Kev and Rodders if he is still in Barca. The team have been number one without both and I don’t remember city were unbeaten or ranked higher at this stage in the past. The fans crying for the the ones that are missing or fresh from bench against 80 minutes legs is embarrassing. It is this team that kept city at top, not the missing ones or McAtee. We play Tuesday.I can only put that down to a lot of players playing through injury out there today, otherwise we're in for a very difficult Christmas.
We've gone into this season too light on numbers and the injury gods have been very cruel to us.
No excuse for not playing McAtee at some stage today though and playing that embarrassment of a human being at right back.
