Don't be daft.

Any significant change to Americas voting process would cause nuclear meltdown from whoever perceived to be the losing side.

Weirdly the most underrepresented states by a long way are California and Texas.

The most overrepresented is wyoming. Nothing but cows and rocks in wyoming.

Done every ten years I think when we do the census. Read an interesting and troubling article at how illegal aliens will influence the outcome without one casting a vote via the electoral college. The feds count people, they don’t differentiate between illegal aliens and legal voting eligible citizens. Since that’s the case California has quite a few more electoral votes than it should.

The staggering thing is GDM, there’s plenty on this side of the pond who suggest he’s the answer as well.
The Tory and Refirm Loons who would all vote for him include:
Johnson, Truss, Garage, Twice, Kwarteng, Jenrick, Breverman, Berry and, of course, Mogg (who’d be in favour of not only building a wall between the US and Mexico but says he’d like one built in the Channel)…..
