After an absolute shit show of misplaced passes from kdb at the final whistle he stomped straight to the coaches and a heated debate took place .for reference KDB was an absolute embarrassment tonight.
 
Not being panicky but it would be good if we can stop this poor run now. Pep is the guy that can do it & we will probably look at this thread in 2 months and laugh but not one fan can say we look decent at the moment - we look a poor, unfit side and that is a fact.

No team deserves to keep winning forever unless they work hard and have the tools to change in adversity. Our leadership group has grown older together and I don't see who will step up when things are a bit shit.

When they scored the early goals in the second half every player looked stunned and not sure what to do. We seem to be stuck in the rondo style short passing and unable to change gears like we always have been able to do. It's only 3 games but the way we responded to being under pressure is worrisome.

Pace at the back is the problem. Kyle from 6 years ago playing tonight and we win
Few if any of our players are playing without and injury. However age is a predictable factor. We should be going all out for Davies. Kerkez. Frimpong and Livramento and.put Rico in midfield.

If the players knew then the rumours would be in full flow no way could they keep it a secret That’s why the LFC players were only told just before the announcement
 
That was shite,amble forwards ,passing backwards sideways,no movement,no pace,.There goals came because of pace,they sprinted,we walk,amble then wonder why we can,t score against Ten man defences.What the fuck was said by Pep at half time ,because the team were fast asleep from the first second,and that useless,lazy twat at centre forward,doesn’t,t work,always at the back post never the near post,that’s enough from me,final word SHITE.
 
I thought we were brilliant first half and game should have been done,but that second half was the complete opposite and a disgrace how the fuck can you concede like that in the first 20-30 secs just pure complacency and piss poor interest and defending..

It’s not the first time Kevin thinks he’s bigger than the club. If he’s spitting his dummy out again then move him on in January for all I care.

That's for Pep to fix. I don't claim to have the answers, I can just see the big problems we have. I've said for weeks even after wins this is an issue that needs fixing.

In my opinion we need to drop to a more conventional defensive shape, we need a real back 4 not this back 3 that's costing us every game. Stop throwing too many players ahead of the ball when we clearly can't cope with it. It's not as if we're getting anything going forward by doing it either, there's currently no benefit for an alarmingly wild kamikaze defensive approach.
 
We weren't as bad as the result suggests. Actually, we were pretty good in the 1st half but Haaland had a bad day at the office.

Of course, we had problems in defence which given the injuries isn't a big surprise. We have 2 injury prone defenders in Stones and Ake. We can't rely on their fitness. Akanji and Gvardiol have to play almost every game to compensate for their problems. One of the injury prone defenders needs to go.

Rodri is hard to replace. He's a unique player who is a bit underappreciated by parts of the fan base (by those who don't realize he's much better than Fernandinho). He's fundamental to how Pep wants us to play. Pep's system is highly complicated and Rodri made it work. Fortunately, he got injured after we won the Treble and then the 4th in a row.

Pep can find a solution. Those turning against him are fools. Won't be easy but we can win something big again.
 
Well that didn't have much going for it , attackers that can't score, defenders that can't tackle and midfielders that can't run.
The thing I find most tedious of all is our ponderous attacking going from side to side, then losing it, almost unwatchable.

Very much agree this, can't win with a team of non scorers. A lot of the other problems would be minimised then.
