Michelle.
No. Probably not Michelle. Smart of her not to run. Barrack would have had a slight chance. But hed have been running against an economic, immigration and cultural headwind.

As much as it was ignored here, the Issues were always 4 - 1.in favor of Trump.
Economy, Immigration, incumbency and foreign Policy were all pro Trump. And Abortion was Pro Harris.

She was always going up against a headwind. And she was probably the worst public speaker since Walter Mondale.

A Harris win would have been the greatest surprise.

Trump win highly likely
Trump Landslide less likely
Harris win possible but not likely.
Harris landslide was just not on the cards.

WW3 started with 9/11.
WW2 probably never ended to be fair.

Or WW3 began immediately afterwards and is still going in a sense.

Or did that end with the fail of the USSR and now we are in WW4.

I don't know but I do feel like the US was so brainwashed over generations about what Patriotism is and what America is that they ignore their very real challenges as a nation. They seem so have no real interest in coming together as one people.

True. "Michelle" was a forlorn comment. But at least she wouldn't have had the weight of being Biden's VP round her neck. And she IS a far better speaker.

An expected but none the less awful result for common decency. Maybe Biden should use those wide ranging powers bestowed on him by the SCOTUS to put the criminal Trump where he should be, in prison.

To be honest, she did talk about those things. She could have been more detailed but she did raise policies. Trump just lied and spoke absolute nonsense for 6 months. Where did trump talk about healthcare, job security and cost of living in any detail beyond “it will be the best ever”?

Ultimately, to me, the democrats biggest mistake was nominating a woman with darker skin.
Unbelievable post. She lost because she's Biden's deputy and voters are tired of neoliberalism and the establishment. They weren't falling for the stories that were released this week about her secretly hating Nethanyahu.

Interesting to see what sentencing is handed down to him now. After his comments about enemy within, any judge would need balls the size of melons to give him anything other than a slap on the wrist.

Id agree with that VP problem. And yes, she is a fat more accomplished and better speaker than VP Harris ever was.
