I'd say there may be some players who are not on his page at the moment and it's pissing him off. Plus he's probably sick of the site of some of the journos.

Never know with Pep, he may just wake up and say I'm off. I'd love him to stay as long as he still has the energy to do the job.

Not having rodders is a big blow to pep , we have to change the midfield and it is just not working , so long as the players are trying really hard i think he will sign , be glad to hear it or maybe we will get the same announcement as pellers did and a new manager named now for the summer

We won the title last year , the players are only six months older , if we dont win it this year it will be because we have no rodders and loads of other injuries not because the players are past it . The rebuild is for this coming summer not before

It's pretty poor that this has been allowed to happen.

It hasn’t, ideally we’d have replaced a couple of players last summer and a couple next summer. Because of a list of circumstances,we didn’t, it looks like we’ll do 4 or 5 next summer instead. Rodri injury has added to it but long term doing 4 next summer isn’t a big problem. With Rodri we might have been okay this season we still might anyway. If we have a season without a trophy though that’s normal no big deal. Post Pep something we’ll see more often.

I do believe rumblings are happening in the background, Also with some in the media 100% believing Pep was offered the England job and he thought long and hard about taking it but wanted them to wait until the end of 2024 season

Manchester City are definitely in the process of making a change and we have seen the first steps in Txiki leaving,
Pep will make an announcement before the end of the season, My bet is it will be around December/January time
and will leave in the summer, Also the new manager will be announced shortly after the news of Pep leaving

I even think the new manager has already been given the job and this is why Txiki is staying on until the summer and working with the new football director after Christmas. Manchester City are very professional now and I don't think they would wait until Pep says am going before looking for a new manager.

Not sure I would take that to be true, maybe he was happy to continue with these players if he was not sure he was going to stay longer.

It's the weakest squad we have had for a long time and even more so with a CWC at the end of the season.
