I'm beginning to think that season might have been the one where some players thought they had nothing more to achieve. Then when we won the PL last season, again making history I wonder if some thought they could coast and still win things. This team peaked ( Obviously) in the treble season and we needed to start strengthening then.
Yeah, definitely no need to get personal because someone disagrees with you. Argue the football side and keep the personal insults for your loved ones as they walk in when brighton score their 2nd.Come on guys and gals, we've had a shit few weeks but lets not turn on each other, we're all blues ffs
Doubt if a lot of these poster's have ever been there anyway.Going to be lots of empty seats at the Etihad going off some of these comments
Yes they shouldn't have celebrated winning and would rather not take 3 pts from Liverpool for no reason whatsoeverPoor as we were second half Brighton celebrating like they won the league. Where were these tossers at Anfield last week
It happens every fuckin season! When do they learn? Let’s get the lads back in and fit and do what we do best second half of the leagueYes, here i am, right on cue.
What did all you moaning cunts do pre-2008?
At worst I can describe you as entitled, rag cunts - the worst.
At best il describe you as Mard arses who are beating their partners right now because it’s not all going our way.
Here’s a thought, it’s not going our way because we are going through a slump, but guess what? It fucking happens.
You can colour me surprised;-( ;-)All very true. But what if he turns up in the England team.
**** couldn't justify making Pep a brew you fucking bellend.
His name went through my mind when I wrote how it had been a while since I felt this way. It was during his era!! :-(
Bring on ake for Walker and put Lewis on at rb or straight swap Walker for akanji at the very least!!And bring on who? I’m disappointed but I’m not going to start crying when clearly circumstances are against us and by and large they are playing well. 4 away games in 11 days against some decent teams. Perspective is needed.
These wank stains don’t deserve who they claim to support. It happens every fuckin season! When do they learn? Let’s get the lads back in and fit and do what we do best second half of the league
Why didn't you go to the shops before the game. It was the kiss of death.I think most of us had the feeling we'd lose before the game. Even when we went 1-0 up I still thought we'd lose. If we could have got the second goal when we were on top I would have still been worried I but thought we may get a draw.
This team peaked ( Obviously) in the treble season and we needed to start strengthening then. We had great players but they weren't getting any younger. Our recruitment lately has been poor. Nunes is trying his best but is a level below our standard. Savinho ( Yes I know he's young) is flattering to deceive. Doku the same. We won't even mention Phillips.
Partway through the second half I had to nip to the shops before they closed. We were still 1-0 up but the writing was on the wall. I came back and we were losing 2-1. I was gutted but not surprised and that is the worst part about it. Every game atm is predictable. On top, usually score, fail to increase that lead then fall apart. Rinse and repeat. I've just watched their goals back and the defending is absolutely shocking, particularly the first goal. Lewis lay on the floor, players with weak challenges. It just needed somebody to take charge and boot the fucking ball into row z. The second goal was equally abysmal. As usual easy to play through and he's one on one with Eddie.
I've no idea where we go from here or where the next win is coming from. For once I'm fucking delighted we have an international break. Every single one of our players needs to stay at home. We desperately need all our key experienced players back but sadly, even then, I don't expect a great improvement.
Bizarrely if Liverpool and Arsenal drop points we're still in it, but in our heart of hearts I think we all know this season it is going to be a step too far. The club is at a crossroads and everything hinges on these fucking charges. We hopefully come out of them unscathed and strengthen with the fresh top quality the squad desperately need.
Not all in the prem though, a straw to clutch at!First time we’ve lost 4 in a row since he was in charge
He is poor. The fact he is getting positive feedback just sums up how shit the rest have been.
