Yes bloody irritating. We overlooked the reality of being hit by widespread injuries that an old man and his dog could see in the summer was more and more likely with an ageing and knackered overplayed squad but didn't do anything about it.Not true, midfield was a weak area for us even with Rodri the finest midfielder in the world.
KDB had moments of brilliance but is a fading force and has constant injuries. Bernardo, nobody can ever fault this guys desire or effort but he has looked a shadow of a once magnificent player.
Gundo has come back and looked his age and sadly I can't see him getting anywhere near his previous form.
We have needed a refresh in midfield for some time and now with Rodri's injury that refresh is desperate and urgent.
Should have got him in summer. Major blunderLooks like we’re making a move for Zubimendi! Well needed boast!

I’d go all out for him. Could be the difference maker in the season. He’ll be expensive but he can play in combination with Rodri when he’s back.
Good age profile. Seems like he’s in a similar position to what Rodri was in at Atletico.
He’s in the Spanish squad, and they are the best national team going around. How good is Zubimendi? have never seem him play.

Zubimendi can be signed via a €60m/£51m release clause which reports claim must be paid up front and in full. In other words, the clause does not allow for instalments or structured payments

well he did want to go to bingo's underdogs (is it same fella )He’s not leaving Spain.
Said he didn’t want to leave Spain. Pep staying might change that but homesickness is an issue we defo don’t want in Jan if he were to come. Although, I could be wrong but I think Dave said similar and he turned out ok.well he did want to go to bingo's underdogs (is it same fella )
We sorted out Jesus Navas’ home sickness. We treat players better than all other clubs. No player has ever said anything but we’re superb at sorting their lives out to be the best they can be.Said he didn’t want to leave Spain. We did. Still playing top level that lad. Best looking bloke I’ve ever seen. But if Zuba turned down that lot and the circus that surrounds them because he doesn’t want to leave Spain I’d imagine he would feel the same about our little club 35miles away from that monster. We sorted out Jesus Navas’ home sickness.
