Mr Rick Parry, tells us about the FL's support for a football regulator, and bangs on about how the Premier League shouldn't worry. And yet, he just can't help himself...

From here
There is a big difference between clubs "not liking the rules" and the rules being "unlawful and unfair" as ruled by three independent judges but don't expect the BBC to provide any balance or accuracy in their coverage.

So todays "let's control the peoples view of big bad City" is the rehash of the stories about Spurs, Rags, Liverpool and Tarquins seeking damages should we be found guilty. Controlling the narrative, bringing it back into peoples mindsets as it is an international break so let's stick the knife in again just to keep it relevant when in fact it is nothing new.

Did you see many stories splashed all over the media about Bentancur using a slur against his team mate??? A potential 7 game ban is a huge story. Was it on News at 10 like we were?? Nope. Nothing.
The simple answer is because it isn't us.

All about controlling the mindset are the media. Scroll past it, look beyond it. Your life will be so much better

Give the moron 2 months and he'll look like wee moysie.
Just so much hostility from the press towards Pep. Some of them have been relentless since day one. Of course he has his fans but the overall tone from the media has been negative in every press conference. There is just something toxic in the media in this country.

You really have to hope that when the bullshit charges are finally put to bed , that City find a way of really hurting all the media whores and cunts who have used every opportunity to try and besmirch the club over the years. Pep has obviously fronted the **** s out, but has had to be guarded and therefore open to some disgraceful slurs from the vermin.

Ziegler deserves a good kicking along with many more, and having to do something useful with his life would be a really culture shock for him

Yeah, the vast majority of them are jealous, bitter little fans of the “history” clubs (see 1980s or 1990s cos no other periods seem to matter). They wanted him to go to their shitty-arsed clubs but he went to City instead.

Can’t blame him, frankly. Who’d want to work for these jizz stains?

I can't put articles on here but....
I know we slag the Guardian but today they have done a brilliant article about the inflatable banana craze.
It's worth a read and is bound to make you smile.

An inflatable Pink Panther 'raving' while fans sang acieeeedddd away at Leicester was a particular highlight for me during those times.
Fun days indeed

ziegler was on video link or whatever it is last night on ssn doing the sports paper reviews.Does anybody know if there's something wrong with him?apart from the obvious. Don't know if it's the lighting but he looked like he'd just been dug up

Second season in division 2, sixth highest crowd in the country sums it up!

Yes all conveniently forgotten by the worldwide online fanbases of our rivals most of who'm have never set foot in England never mind the stadium of the club they are supposed to support.

Our fanbase back then was bloody magnificent. Eccentric, loud, loyal and defiant, some would say bloody mad and I wouldn't disagree. Often mediocre on the pitch we were world champions on the terraces. Never forget that.
