we still had Alvarez/Haaland when he was sold. Dont think we expected Atletico to reach the asking price, they had to shuffle the deck quite a bit.

I'm not putting us down but you only have to look at history to see where this.

I also think many individuals are frightened of the PL and the competition it provides every week.

I think that's problem when we are scouting players.
The mentality required to perform every week in the PL is huge.
You go to the bottom of the league and you have to perform or you get beat.

Honestly I don't think Txixi and co get enough credit for bringing players with great ability but a desire to win EVERY week.

People talking about Madison in an other thread. He's a great player on his day but that's not every week.
