The police spent several decades treating all football supporters like shit. Why not treat other large groups the same?That isn't a lawful excuse for discriminating against a whole group of people. They can disperse people who are travelling in large groups or engaging in ASB or they have intelligence which justifies their suspicions that these people are likely to commit ASB.
