Didn’t he for Villa?Dunno if this has been mentioned before - can't Grealish play central midfield?
Has all the tools, I think it's a bit unfair putting Gundo there. Gvardiol.Nunes and foden have that sharpness about them and can travel with the ball. When he signed I just assumed he would be groomed as an alternative to Stones in that role stepping into the centre of midfield. Don‘t really understand why it hasn‘t happened.
Could say that for most footy panelsPremier sports. Fuck me 4 blokes in the local pub could analyse and give better insight than this all star line up
Oh dear...here they comeA lot of posters in here have no backbone.
No resilience at all.
Pussies.

I doubt he would be at a fitness level required to play in midfield, I'm also not buying that he switched to been a goalie because he's lazy-sure he has a great pass and shows good foot control but you need more than that to play at this level as an outfield player.I wish Pep would play Ortega in goal and try Eddie in midfield.
He’d pick a defence splitting pas better than any of them.
Be honest.Be honest now; did anyoneelsethink he was going to miss it? Me? Never a doubt.
;-)
For me it's aging players worn out after years playing at an unbelievable intensity, hitting a collective wall having had virtually no 'close-season' rest. Add to this a piss-poor transfer policy and here we are!Really poor.
So much has been said about us having many players in decline which is right, but doesn't explain how much of the same group can go from a performance of absolute dominance against Real Madrid in May to this shite tonight.
The loss of Rodri is another factor but again doesn't justify this drop of intensity.
Just checked and 7 of the starting eleven against Real are starting tonight. We looked on our chinstraps at the end of that game and some have looked tired for a while, understandably.Really poor.
