People have to make complaints about this kind of thing in the workplace all of the time and nobody is expecting to get money for it. They just want to be able to go to work with fear of dealing with inappropriate distracting shit like this.

Do you think it's ok for a powerful senior member of a team to ask the intimate details of a young female subordinate's sex life? Do you not think she's within her rights to complain that might have made her feel uncomfortable?

Also highly embarrassing that a man would feel the need to ask a lesbian for an explanation of how they have sex. Can you not work it out for yourself? Any man asking this question is basically announcing to the world that they've never sexually satisfied a woman.

Oh they can be made in good faith but when lawyers smell compensation watch what happens, just look at the Al Fayed case, the guys dead, by all means make a complaint and sully his name but they are now all in for compo.

Compo? They didnt find a rusty nail in their pot noodle, these women were raped and their stories covered up. Should they not be compensated for that? Sorry but it sounds a little bit like you hate women.

People like you love to make out that money is getting paid out left, right and centre but can never really provide many examples of any women getting huge payouts for this kind of thing. The truth is usually they just get a whole pile of online abuse or see their integrity questioned by the likes of you.

The tragedy is that I'm sure you are quite correct and the women see little or no money, but I'm sure the legal professionals involved do.

I don’t hate women at all and I’m not questioning their integrity, how do you know there’s been no pay outs, sometimes these things are done quietly behind closed doors. What about all those that cry wolf and ruin men’s careers, see the video I posted earlier about the guy from Coronation street, why is she allowed to remain anonymous, why is she not sent to jail?

I think it's fairly easy to find answers to most of these questions. Perhaps you should spend some time doing some googling rather than posting reactionary bullshit every time you see a news story like this.

Google is amazing isn’t it, huge payouts and no doubt more to come, yet you’ve not answered why the woman who cried wolf hasn’t had to compensate or serve jail time for ruining a man’s career and life!
Maybe you shouldnt be presuming everything you read about individuals until they’ve had a proper hearing. I’ve nit doubt Gregg said some wrong stuff but they are words but I suppose you won’t be happy until he’s topped himself after a witch-hunt.

Really scraped the barrel there haven't you. And furthermore, these examples are far more serious than the complaints being made against Gregg Wallace.

There are examples of people being imprisoned for making false rape claims, but they are rare because it's extremely rare for someone to make something like that up. Statistically much rarer than rape itself.

There are far more rapists walking free than there are people who have made false rape allegations.

Ha ha scraping the barrel you asked for examples I gave them to you, you dont like been proved wrong then, you said they don’t exist, so your argument is wrong, again tell me why the woman making false accusations had not been made to pay up? I know full well what Wallace is been accused of you are the one twisting the narrative.

Which only happens because instead of accepting culpability for their actions, rich powerful people weaponise the court system to make it impossibly expensive to seek justice and make it as traumatic an experience as possible as a way to discourage other claimants.

There’s so much wrong with this statement.

1) No one destroyed his life or career. He’s not even been an actor for 20 years and this was over a 1 episode cameo return.

2) The accuser gets the same anonymity he did. He chose to make the allegations against him public, so if people decide to stop buying his Brie because they think he’s a sex pest, that’s all on him.

3) The police not being able to prove a 27 year old allegation doesn’t mean the accuser lied.

4) ITV studios are allowed choose to believe the accuser and their own internal HR investigation even if the evidence isn’t enough for a criminal conviction.

5) You’ve invented the idea the accuser was female. Wilson doesn’t know who it was.

Essentially you’ve heard a one sided sob story sold to the Sun and chosen to believe every word of it, then invented some details of your own to suit your own prejudices (assuming it was a woman, assuming it was a false accusation).
