Fucking good team Forest. They beat the champions elect at their gaff, a place we couldn't get a draw if we were 3-0 up with 10 mins to go. We are in shite form and will have to carry KdB who is a shadow of his former self. Grealish in the middle will get ran around like Anna Rapinoe in a men's game. This lot will be right up for it and channel the spirit of the team that won back to back European Cups - a proper competition, not that fucking shite CL bollocks.

I'd take 1-1 right and move onto the weekend....
 
Need to see how that Central area of midfield is set up......could be extremely vulnerable defensively with kdb and gundo in there

Read earlier in the thread, he had Covid early on in the season and it could have left him with chest problems or Long Covid even. I had pneumonia after Covid and was admitted to hospital so he could have bronchitis or something more. :-)

Plus as someone else said, he has 3 young children. They pick up every bug going in school. :-)
 
like the squad. Bernardo playing so much, but he has engine and i prefere him in the middle rather than out wide. Big hope for Jack and KDB, we need them, they need themselves, everybody going to be happy, why dont put a worldie worth performance?;)
 
Hope it's Bernsdonon the Right and Doku on the left with Grealish in the middle with Kev and Gundo.


Would have preferred Gundonon the bench and Wright getting an opportunity to start in the middle. But maybe too much of a ask.

Obviously I'm not Phil and don't know his personal situation, but I had pneumonia earlier this year and since the weather turned cold I've been struggling with asthma-like symptoms due to some lung scarring. So I think it's feasible to have had covid or similar, have partly or completely recovered, and now be facing a set-back.

If I recall, during COVID protocols he didn't seem to travel much abroad and the rumours were he wasn't vaccinated. Would explain why it affects him more & longer
