I think it’s also because this one is not credible. Even good sources get stuff wrong. I agree, however, that our responses need to be given in a sober way rather than personally attacking the poster.
My guess, fwiw, is that the original story was something like: X charges will likely be dismissed and the rest would carry a 40 point deduction, if proved.

I think the guy is pretty reliable - well someone's now posted his name in the public domain! - but I think it could be a wires crossed scenario where it might be what the PL are pushing for and he's taken that quite literally as being the punishment

As an example, there was a huge wank fest on here when Tolmie tweeted at the beginning of November that he'd heard the hearing had already finished.

Hopefully you've learnt your lesson and going forward you will only post positive bits of given info..

it’s defo info worthy of posting. Whilst it doesn’t add up - it’s news from a source that if it was good news everybody would be popping champagnes corks.

Some on here can’t deal with anything that might be bad news so try to discredit the posts.

But it's nothing to do with being good news or bad news, all it takes is 10 seconds of thought to see that it can't possibly be true.
