PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

Depends when he tweeted it I suppose. The info I got at the time - not from Cheesy - suggested the staff were told sometime on the Friday afternoon before the Monday morning announcement. If he tweeted it around that time on the same day then it’s a fair bet that he was told by someone at the club. If he tweeted it a day or two before that then perhaps he’d taken a punt.
CAS was a cinch to look
Mourinho is without question one of the great managers.

His time at Porto and Chelsea ( first) were incredible, he was charismatic, flamboyant and dare I say the nearest thing to Brian Clough I have seen. His players worshiped him and would literally die for him, his teams were exciting to watch.

But something changed, some say he has never got over the death of his father, or was it he started to believe his own hype?

Whatever it was it spoilt and destroyed him, he has become so anti football as a coach, hateful, spiteful etc.

Yet when he is not working as a coach and makes appearances as a pundit, that same flamboyant, charming character reappears with incredible knowledge of the game and he is box office and a pleasure to listen to.
The treble he won with Inter Milan is one of the greatest footballing achievements ever witnessed.

Seems I must have offended someone’s sensibilities as I’ve had a post deleted. Would have to be a serious snowflake to be upset by it but that’s the world we live in now.

My guess is that the Premier League are still investigating Chelsea. More allegations have surfaced on top of what they've admitted to so perhaps that's being looked at as well.

You're right though - few seem to care that Chelsea, as things stand, are actually more guilty than City are, given that they've admitted to something and we've consistently maintained that we're innocent.
I bet people would be a lot more interested if they had broken all the records previously held in the PL era and were winning multiple trophies year on year. Too right the cartel would be interested.

Clough was deeply flawed however far more relatable and likeable than PEG

First impressions count a lot though and doing a kneeslide after a last minute winner at Old Trafford put him in my good books for a while. He's a sad parody of what he used to be at the moment. He was box office when he first came to Chelsea now he just sounds like a bitter old man who has been left behind by the game.

It will ramp up on Chelsea now as they seem to be going the right way on the pitch again and are going to be taking CL spots from the cartel. (Hopefully they don't take ours!)

I guess the window for any government intervention in this has long since passed, but it seems inconceivable that the 115 case won't come up during Starmer's visit, especially if he is desperately seeking investment for the UK. A British institution, in the form of the Premier League, is actively seeking to sabotage a multi-billion pound asset of the vice president and deputy prime minister of the United Arab Emirates. There's no way that's just getting swept under the carpet for the sake of diplomacy.
I Know its not realistic but like to imagine the good sheikh pulling out a crumbled copy the Arsenal letterheaded letter and saying to Starmer " Don't you support these cunts!, and you want me to invest how much? Get the fuck out of my Palace"

He was manager of the rags. He speaks and reacts in the same mardarse way neville, scholes, quacker face and gobshite Schmeichel do, they are all appeasing the Govan bully.
But mourinho has made himself look a proper little cry arse saying what he said. At the end of the day nobody really cares for what he says anymore, he's totally irrelevant.
