PL charge City for alleged breaches of financial rules

So United can do any figure they want for anything ? Why have they not been challenged ? I don’t think the rules need changing for Chelsea the sale is clearly not fair market value shirt or hotel
My understanding re Utd was that the figure shown in the accounts in terms of Covid losses wasn’t the sum that appeared in their PSR submissions. There often is a disparity between accounts and PSR.

PSR restrictions for instance in the areas of transfer fee amortisation isn’t in accord with standard accounting practice.

Having said all that how do you know that Utd haven’t been challenged re their PSR submission?

As for the sum Chelsea FC “ sold” the two hotels to BlueCo land values in the Kings Road area significant and it ain’t cheap to stay there . Chelsea Harbour Hotel which ain’t a million miles away sold for £63 million in 2013

If my cock got bumped like this thread, I would be a unicorn by now.

Think the clubs transfer business in January will be a good indication of any views on the outcome of the hearing. If we sign any top class players surely they wouldn’t be signing if the lay of the land isn’t positive?

Or if there is a ‘Welcome to Manchester’ poster for Viana :)

Hard to imagine anything other than a modest fee or maybe even a loan or two in January. The whole thing is about our spending so while the IC is in decision mode it would be too risky to splash the cash. In that respect the charges have served their purpose. Summer spending totally dependent on the outcome as well. Either way, we can't afford to make mistakes like 'Phillips in Palmer out' ever again.
