It’s time haaland stops fucking about and get scoring again, and for the love of god can we stop with this left to right passing shit for 80% of the game, nonana is fucking guff

We've been tweaking starting line up, due to x2 games per week and players injured. Sadly we play more or less same, with same end result. Exemption being Forest, as they failed to convert big chances. Blue specs removed, realistically, Sunday will be no different. United likely to convert at least one chance, so we need to score at least twice. Doku, even with his frustrating low % final pass completion, KDB at 80%, a sometimes missing in action Foden and an often misfiring Haaland all probably still need to play as its these x4 combined that give us best options offensively of getting behind their defence and/or scoring the goals needed.
Behind them, if Akanji not fit, probably only Dias and Kovacic would be in most fans starting lineups. Have to move ball forward quicker with
less touches, less sideways & backward passes.

I like this. I've been toying with wingbacks, with the idea that Pep will want to retain lots of passes, will play Walker and at least one of Gundo/Bernado.

It's not ideal at all, but Savinho & Nunes to provide pace & Width. Passes in the middle and Gundo being less exposed, meaning he could poach. If Foden is fit however, you could put him in for Gundo & swap KDB/Foden around. Would also have liked the opportunity for Gvardiol to be wingback but Dias, JSP & Walker might not be a good idea.

I think he will either move Walker to CB or just play Simpson-Pusey alongside Dias. Can’t see pep playing wingbacks he hasn’t done that for years

Time Haaland stops pissing about and score goals? He's got 18 in 22 games ffs what about the other 10 players on the pitch chipping in with a few for a change? Our next top scorer has about 3 goals.

Savinho is not mentally strong enough for big games
 
It's going to be a double pivot, or it should be. Wouldn't be surprised to see2 of Kovacic, Nunes and Bernado in there for their mobility, flat back 4 which picks itself, Kev Foden and Jack behind the Viking as the best options for ball control.

Unfortunately I think we'll see Gundog in there somewhere, which given their speed on the break is a mistake in my view

Every game they play is a done deal for the win, this is the difference between us and these self entitled tossers, they dont have a bubble to burst,were having a glitch there having a 12 year nightmare soon to be 13, i allways found the worse of the worse rags in the irish bars out there, keep away from them tomorrow and you'l have a good day, if we win get your top on and get in one and give it them thats if there still there and not scurried off back to there hotel rooms

Is foden ready? if so swap him out for doku, and Jack out wide or berny and foden on the right, will kova be rusty? do we sacrifice an attacker to pllay gund and kov?

Nunes on the left was effective and tbf at least he has pace and energy so maybe he starts.

They are shit but so are we at the moment. I hope we win but can't see it the way we are playing. Can't see us keeping a clean sheet so it depends if we are firing going forward. I think it might be a draw.
 
The defence is looking really thin atm but Bernardo can do a job filling in Rico's position & probably doing a better job.

Shame we couldn't have recalled the lads at peterborough now with a few months experience of first team action under their belts, Susoho and Kontongo play Holding Midfielder and Right Back ;-)
