I suggested at the outset that City, if innocent, might be happy to play out the evidence even if time barred, since no ruling could be made. I was not supported by other posters!

I suspect they'd need to hear all the evidence before they could decide whether they were able to ignore the statute of limitation. Only then could they form a view about whether we deliberately set out to conceal income and expenses we should have included.

Personally I'd like all the evidence for all the rule breaches to be heard, considered and reported on so that there's no excuse for the usual suspects to bleat about only getting off due to time-barring.

I personally will we be wearing a rather smug and " told you so " expression when facing the cunts who were so happy to mention our guilt and doubt that our income stream could possibly be real and bettering the rag/dippers.eg Gary chuckle and Jamie Spits at kids.

If the club decide to put out a dignified statement of our proven integrity and innocence, the cunts will only deny it and winge like bitches, so I doubt the point personally.
