I’m reminded that “the table doesn’t lie,” yet I’m wondering how we have had two solid months of “City in Crisis” yet still sit 6th?!

People have talked about Chelsea and Newcastle and even Villa as such great sides this season, yet we are 4 behind Chelsea (who were being touted as potential Champion material before they lost to Fulham at home and Ipswich away!! Crisis???) and 1 behind NUFC, for whom Eddie Howe is once again a Messiah and their midfield and forward line are being creamed over!!

If City can get a few players fit, start playing even slightly like they can, and string a few results together, then we will walk into the Top 4.

Crisis??? Manufactured BS created by the team having a bad spell, and it being magnified by those that have been half fit being too old to go the distance!

Roll on 2025!

Just watched the Sky highlights of last night's game on YouTube.

They showed the 2 goals and one other Newcastle chance, all the rest of it was united's attacking opportunities, basically made it look like united played them off the park but were robbed.

That's a deepfake vid considering they had ZERO shots on target.

Morning all.
Another day another load of blues getting angry.
Do yourselves a favour, make it your resolution to not look at, click or read any city based article be it after a win or defeat.
Life will be much better. If you carry on you will just continue to worry about things 'you can't control'.
Happy new year blues

Papers and even Talksport have 'Plymouth sacked Rooney', for some reason Sky's Football Show has 'Rooney leaves Plymouth' no mention of the word 'sacked'.

Change one word and the tone is completely different.

Not a surprise, just an observation.
Bet he's gutted - he was enjoying the pubs around Plymouth!

Bit like fancying a 65 Yr old lady compared to lusting over a pensioner

Tbf in the 2nd half , Newcastle did diddly, whereas Trafford actually managed some shots , after doing nothing in the 1st 30mins. Newcastle in the 1st 30mins looked like City n the centurion season
It was a pretty boring 2nd half, other than the commentators channelling their inner Tyler by winding up for a climax whenever Diallo did anything with the ball.
