Changed his tune quick.

Because he’s a KFA. There is nothing in the world that he enjoys more than attention. Bloke is full of himself.

24 hours ago Jack Gaughan sneeked this little piece into his article:
"As City look to add Frankfurt’s Omar Marmoush to their squad this month"

Sounds to me like it’s very much on

Pep is as culpable as anyone.

He is the one who has in hindsight blindly backed the likes of Kev, Gundo, Stones and many more to return to their full powers despite age and injuries against them leaving us in this position. He has refused to integrate many very talented youngsters leading to us having to sell them.

I refuse to believe that the scouting team haven't provided him wih a list of players to bring in. The club aren't going to force players onto him so he gets final say.
4 titles in a row, 6 in 7 years. Pep sure is culpable.

Just playing a bit of Devil’s advocate.. How many days into the window (without signings) until we start to assume that the club know that some bad news is coming re 115?

or we have decided there is no one worth buying so why bother, we aren't winning the league if we signed Baleba for 150m tomorrow.

Interestingly, IF the dippers win ALL their remaining games, they will end up with 103 points. A loss and a draw, or 2 draws and they won’t be Centurions!! Though we’ve dropped off massively this season, that would still be a big win for us…
Forget the Dippers getting 100 points not a chance. And when they don't it won't be a big win for us. Fa cup as got our name on it this year. And am more than happy with that.F-ck the Dippers CTID

Now we forget all about his and the team's achievements and burn the lot at the stake.
Unfortunately football, just like time waits for no man, we can appreciate what this squad has achieved but also realise that for some of them the cycle has come to its natural conclusion, i dont think the two are mutually exclusive.

Don't deny that one bit.

Just not ready to start hating them for it though.

A week into the window today and still nothing.

Six points behind Notts Forest after 20 games played. Get the bloody cheque book out.

Can I ask where you think we’d be with a fit Rodri this season, even with the back 4 injuries?
Problem is the system doesn’t work because there is a Rodri hole no one can fill, not because everyone is suddenly shit (Walker doing a decent job of proving me wrong with that).
Admittedly cycle coming to its natural end but if Rodri fit we would be sitting comfortably in top 4. Why no back up for Rodri, we’ve tried and failed. No doubt we’ll try again and hopefully get it right.
We may need a short period of being second best.
